How to Duplicate and Save the Template to Your Notion Workspace:

  1. Open the Template: Click on the link to open the Health & Wellness Planner template in your browser.
  2. Sign In to Notion: If you’re not already signed in, you’ll need to log into your Notion account. If you don’t have one, you can easily create an account for free.
  3. Duplicate the Template:
    • Look for the “Duplicate” button in the top right corner of the template page.
    • Click the “Duplicate” button. This will automatically save a copy of the template to your personal Notion workspace.
  4. Access Your Copy: Once duplicated, you’ll find the template in your workspace.
